I Need Fresh Air

Yep. I'm fed up sitting in the room looking at math problems and kanjis...

So I'm going out for a walk at Kamo River now. It'd be nice if a girl fell from the sky, like, and that'd be affirm that I'm not just an unimportant side character who nobody pay attention to. By then it would be certain that there's an ending for me.

What a joke, myself.

If there's really a story for me, I'd certainly be a pierrot.

so, yep.

Pizza Parteh!

Here comes the pizza!

5th pizza

So I was treated to a certain Italian family restaurant by my boss, Miura-san at Shiga Perfecture. He fetched us (Me, Shin, and Nadya) as soon as our class ended. As I held grumbling stomach down since I haven't eaten anything since yesterday's dinner I went out to the main street to meet Miura-san. He heard that the restaurant has good pizzas and had always wanted to try it, and do some observation (considering that he's running an Italian restaurant).

Well, to be honest, with EJU examination waiting for me next month, I have to study but I'm not refusing an invitation from my boss. And free things is a welcome for me. We safely arrived there despite the crude driving he had. With me and Nadya being the victim of his tight turns since we were sitting at the passenger's seat.

6th Pizza, chocobanana Pizza.
We ate 6 set of pizzas and pastas, and the pizzas were great. Though i can still confidently say that I like our pastas better. Bless Miura-san for treating us with these happiness pizzas. Finished with the pizzas, we stopped by to a few supermarkets, buying some ingredients for the restaurants, then went home.
Our boss Miura-san.
Strangely enough, I felt somewhat homesick when we're on the highway. The plain grey-ish road, the sight of cars coming and going on, the songs playing from the radio, that sleepy feeling when you're in the running car. I don't know. I'm getting some sleep.

Yahari, Autumn is The Season of Appetite!

It's been a while since I touched the blog. Well, nothing really worth noting has happened after all. Apart from the new cutie housemate from America, and the supposedly coming French and Taiwanese dudes today. About how I was dragged around and made to work until the closing time (3AM morning) at my part time. And the stew party I had yesterday with my friends.
Korean Style 鍋(Nabe) and Japchae
Big Chawan Mushi
Yesterday, I, with 6 of my classmates had a stew party at friend's house at Fushimi-Inari. It's autumn and a stew party is a must! though it's not like I was the one making the foods. It was my Korean friend, Park. He was generous enough to even do everything, from A to Z, and I'm really grateful of that. By the way, It was Korean style stew. My favorite was the Toppogi and the Nabe. Not forgetting that the Chawan Mushi was great too.

Toppogi!

We messed around with each other. We laughed till we couldn't. We filled our stomach up.
And it was a blast!

Time flies so fast that we even didn't realize that it's already been 10PM (we started at 4PM). So we should start tidying up the place, we thought. Finishing the deeds, we went out and walked together up to the station.  Arriving at the station, we then part each ways.

It was quite a chilly night at Fushimi-Inari that time. As always, as a cold-sensitive person, I always use more layer of clothes than normal people (on the pretense that I'm not normal).
As I saw the train I was supposed to got on to arriving and departing. I found my feet leads me to the Fushimi-Inari Temple with no apparent reason. I was probably just being sentimental that day.

The temple is one of my favorite place at Japan. But now that I witnessed the 'unseen' part of it. I was once more smitten by her charms. I'll just put the photos I took below. :D

Certainly, nothing worth noting has happened. Apart from the day-by-day bad lucks, the mundane  routines, the shits waiting for me in the future. But what really matters if your stomach is full?

A New Character Has Joined the Party!

As the title suggests, a new person gonna join the party. Tomorrow. Well, technically, today, since the time has past 1 AM but I don't count that unless I sleep first. I got the news yesterday afternoon from my another dormmate, Mark, saying that a girl from USA going to move in. It's a happy news, more so if the person coming was actually a cute, tidy, sociable, kind, beautiful girl.

Damn I really set the bar rock bottom, do I?

No. I'm not going to play my 'nice guy' front because before a 'nice' guy, I'm a guy.
What guy doesn't want to live in the same roof with a beauty (美人; bijin)? Anyway, let's just hope that's she's not as weird as me  good person.

Now let's just hit the sack, cuz I'm exhausted after a real busy part-time shift.

Tired.

Just got back from part-time work, which is unusually busy considering how today is a weekday. On top of that I had to got in at 4PM and help with the preparations, despite the fact that my shift should had started at 7PM. It's because my Indonesian senior, Shin, whose role is the cook, was still on the bed. Due to those sleepy-wobbly side effects of the medicines.

Normally, I'd take an hour of nap before going to work. Just to make sure so that I won't doze off while working. But she suddenly messaged me telling that she's feeling a bit weak, and asked me if I could replace her doing preparation while she take a bit of a rest.

So I whipped my ass up from my chair as fast as possible. Not forgetting having my 'supposedly' lunch as I hadn't eaten anything that time. Then, the second after the owner, Miura-san flipped the open sign, 3 groups came. Bam.

Although I've prepared myself to do it all just with Miura-san, half an hour later she came. Because I would just go straight to the bed IF she really hadn't come.
And while I realize just how tired I am at the moment as my mind keeps wandering away, I'll be taking my leave here, to every man's heaven called bed 'dreamland'.

Long night is awaiting

After procrastinating for more than a month, I finally starting to write the blog. The season has changed and here I am, with literally nothing. So 'fuck me. here goes nothing.', I thought. It's autumn holiday at my school right now, with 3 months or so to the JLPT and EJU exams.

for those who don't know what those are, JLPT is an acronym for Japanese Language Proficiency Test whereas EJU is The Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Student. In short, it's friggin exam. The fact that I haven't even touched any book since forever is making me unsettled a bit. But let's talk about the present, for now at least.

I'm going to something called 飲み会(Nomi-Kai), which means drinking party, tonight, with my colleagues from my part-time job. I'm a bit anxious since drinking probably isn't really my forte. In all my 19 years of living, I could even count the times I touched alcohol with my one hand. Even the first time I drank alcoholic drink was after I came to Japan, which is 5 months ago. Though I'm also curious as hell what kind of person am I going to turn into when I'm drunk. ,_____,

I said that it's a drinking party, though in Japan, 'Nomi-Kai' is more like Japanese culture where employees of a company (or something like that), would drink together to mark a certain events and to bond with each others. Though it's not a 100% must for them to participate, it is usually expected for employees to participate in the party.

So... it's just an excuse to have a good time.
(Though I still have yet to understand what it's exactly to have a good time by drinking)

Literally when I were writing this post 5 minutes ago, one of my colleague (senpai) messaged me and asked me to accompany her to a friend's goodbye party, since that friend (was studying Japanese language for the last year, I suppose) is going back to his/her country for good. While my senpai is quite a bit under the weather at the moment. (Damn just how much I've always wanted to use that 'senpai' word)

That simply means, 2 drinking party in a row.

L-Let's just hope I won't wake up lying at unknown place with a memory lapse the next day.

今晩は大変になるかもしれないが、なるようになれ!(#゚Д゚)
